Thank you so much for producing the "make them cry three times" video for our Mountaintop Breakfast fundraiser. It was a great pleasure to work with you, Gretchen, Sara and your whole crew.

The video itself is beautifully made and a pleasure to watch. Though you faced the challenge of interviewing children, you drew their feelings and hopes from them in a way that was both moving and humorous. You definitely met the "cry criteria", and the production was extremely well-received at our event.

But more than these things, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and care that each of you took to make the production process simple, trouble-free and fun. You listened to, and respected, our vision for the project while adding your own knowledge and experience. You willingly went above and beyond in meeting our needs.
